increase performance but also increases latency. If you still get
choppiness with your display, contact me with your sound card.
- For any machine specific option to take effect, you need to restart
the machine (Ctrl+F1), not just to reset it.
- Most games will not have a problem with the Mega Drive 6-Button Pad.
Keeping it enabled will most likely be fine in most cases.
- The 6-Button Pad in the PC Engine is only supported by newer games.
Older games have a real problem with it. Only enable this option
when you need it.
- Memory Card slots 2-4 are currently unused. The only machine to use
the Memory Card option is the Neo Geo.
